50) Refund Policy strictly states that customers who are not satisfied with products and services offered by XtremeHost may seek a refund from XtremeHost within 15 days of first signup.

  • Refund Policy is not available for setup fees, IP addresses, administrative fees, whmcs, Boxbilling, Dedicated or VPS servers (Due to the nature of our industry and the costs involved with provisioning and maintaining your service) and install fees and Domain Registrations.

  • You may seek a refund by sending an email to [email protected] After 15 days, refunds are not entertained.

    51) XtremeHost reserves rights to terminate its services at any point of time. The refund in such cases shall be governed by Clause (14) and this clause. The maximum amount is Rs. 600. It is calculated on basis of time remaining for the service to end. The amount of refund to be sanctioned shall be calculated by taking the total amount paid excluding Domain Registrations and Setup Fees, multiplying it by time elapsed in the service and dividing the whole figure by the total time of service, both in days. Such calculation shall bring a figure. Such figure shall be sanctioned as Refund and is limited to Rs.600 per client of XtremeHost. It is governed by Clause (14). Such refund may be sanctioned by reversing the transaction on Payment gateway or by transfer to bank account. For the same the Termination of Services Clause (50) shall govern.

    52) Refunds in cases of termination may be processed on receipt of an application of such refund which may be posted through mail or electronic mail to the address specified below. The application can be made on a plain paper with the following particulars.

    Any above clauses are subject to change at the disposal of proprietor of XtremeHost and shall be posted on the same page as this policy is. Maker of this policy is absolved from any liability which may arise out of this policy or otherwise

    53) Only first-time accounts are eligible for a refund. For example, if you’ve had an account with us before, canceled and signed up again, you will not be eligible for a refund or if you have opened a second account with us.
