According to Indian Cyber Act Law you must renewal your product in every year/month. Renewal fees will be same or less than the original purchasing fees.

Our server location is in USA and our main office in Burdwan, India. So all our customer must follow the Indian Laws.

This online privacy policy applies only to information collected through our website and not to information collected offline.

64) Content

All services may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any United States Federal, State or City law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret and other statute. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims resulting from the use of the service which damages the subscriber or any other party. Note: Pornography and sex-related merchandising are prohibited on all our shared hosting servers. This includes sites that may infer sexual content, or link to adult content elsewhere. This is also true for sites that promote any illegal activity or content that may be damaging to our servers or any other server on the internet. Links to such materials are also prohibited. Examples of non-acceptable content or links on our Shared Hosting Servers, but are not only limited to the following are: Pirated software or usage of copyrighted materials not owned/leased by the individual or firm Hackers programs/ Warez Sites/ IRC Bots/ or any such archives Audio/ Video files or heavy file types of sizes beyond the standard control panel restrictions set or the implication of the core business area of the customer Any site selling or promoting Bulk email services / Paid to clicks/ MLM or any such spamming activities or otherwise indulged in similar act is not allowed on all servers.

65) Traffic Guidelines

Due to the unique resource characteristics and traffic patterns associated with certain types of sites, the following are limited to 2 GB of free traffic/ month (shared hosting only): Shareware, sound, video, image and multimedia archives Mirror sites or Sites with Banners, graphics or cgi's running from their domain used on other domains. Distribution points Any site whose primary purpose is file distribution (This is any site where 20% or more of their monthly traffic is from file downloads) Sites using more than 20% of system resources. For those of you who do not qualify, additional bandwidth usage over the amount allotted in the hosting plan or the prearranged, prepaid amount will be billed at the end of that month to the prearranged credit account. Billing of additional bandwidth usage is subject to all other terms of this agreement and no refund will be given on the charges. We currently charge an extra $0.95/GB/Month for any extra bandwidth (unless otherwise specified).

66) Other Guidelines

Due to the unique resource characteristics and to avoid abuse to any of our unlimited features, we will determine what amount is considered abused. For those of you who do not qualify, additional usage over the amount allotted by us or the prearranged, prepaid amount will be billed at the beginning of that month to the prearranged credit account. Billing of additional usage is subject to all other terms of this agreement and no refund will be given on the charges.

67) CGI Scripts

Each account comes with its own cgi-bin. You are free to use any CGI scripts you wish, however we reserve the right to disable any CGI script that effects normal server operation.

68) Chat Rooms

We do not allow clients to install their own chat rooms. These tend to be large system hogs and we cannot allow it as an account option. In the rare event of you in need of a chat room service for your domain, kindly request our support team justifying the cause. Even in such cases you are limited to one chat room on your domain.

69) Background Running Programs

Background running programs are strictly prohibited on shared hosting platforms. We may however, allow programs to run continually in the background. These are considered on a one to one basis and an extra charge will be incurred based on system resources used and operational maintenance needed. This however, is on the sole discretion of the support team and if the need be, the customer could be asked to move to a VPS or a stand alone server.

70) IRC

We currently do not allow IRC or IRC bots to be operated on our servers.

71) Commercial Advertising - Email

Our servers may not be the source, intermediary, or destination address involved in the transmission of spam, flames, or mail bombs. Your domain may not be referenced as originator, intermediary, or reply-to address in any of the above. Advertising sites on other servers which in turn contain links to a domain on our servers is prohibited. We consider spam for any mass unsolicited message in the mediums of Newsgroups and Email. If you are found to have spammed, then we will immediately, without warning, disable your domain. In addition, we will impose a $100 penalty for each spam policy violation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service to known spammers. Lastly, we reserve the right to determine what violates this policy. As such, any violation may result in immediate deactivation of services without refund.

72) Abuse of Unlimited Traffic and Unlimited Storage

Xtremehost Network's concept behind "unlimited traffic" and "unlimited storage" is to provide our customers with an unlimited amount of storage space and bandwidth for active web pages and cannot be used as a "storage space" for electronic files. Sites that fall under "electronic storage" are LARGE archives of images, compressed files, movies, or sound files. allows up to 25 megs of archive storage, ex. movies, sound files (including real audio files), images, compressed files, Real Audio or Video archives, etc. To ensure proper use, all HTML pages MUST be hyper-linked to files (.HTML, .JPG, .GIF, etc.) stored on Network's server and vice versa. CGI chat scripts are also not allowed and are considered and abuse of unlimited bandwidth. Any cgi scripts that consume large amounts of CPU usage or memory are also not allowed. The user will be asked to remove any script that abuses system resources.

73) Server Abuse

Any attempts to undermine or cause harm to a server is strictly prohibited.
